Reminder – Our Dry Erase Whiteboard Paint Is Transparent

We have seen quite a bit of news lately of other companies that have just now released a transparent, or clear, version of their dry erase whiteboard paint. Although it is stated on our site a few times (homepage, FAQ, etc), we figured it wouldn’t hurt to put a reminder out via our blog that our paint formulation has been, and will be, transparent. We believe this gives you the best range of choices for the final use of the dry erase whiteboard paint. If you want to have a certain color or hue to it, all you need to do is lay down a base color that you can pick out or have matched for you at a local paint store. By doing this you will save a lot of money and get the exact match that you are looking for. If you are going to put the whiteboard paint down on your white walls – then there is no need for a base color in the paint, transparent is what you are likely looking for!

We have seen the price on some of the competition’s dry erase whiteboard paint products and are a little surprised. The cost seems very high! We want to provide a dry erase whiteboard paint of high quality that can be used in a wide variety of conditions and surfaces for a reasonable price. Our products tend to run anywhere from 15% to 80% cheaper than our competitor’s products while maintaining a high quality finished surface.

We are also looking to do a give-away soon of one of our dry erase whiteboard paint products. We would like to see some artwork, concepts, or unique ideas for the paint use. If you, or someone you know, has some great ideas – let us know! We are also interested in providing samples for well respected blogs and DIY home sites.
